Key responsibilities

- You’ll assess, plan and coordinate care, provide therapeutic interventions, and support individuals and families using evidence-based approaches.
- Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll monitor outcomes, adapt care plans, and contribute to programs that promote early intervention, wellbeing and community connection.
- As a Clinical Nurse/Registered Nurse, you’ll take accountability for your practice while guiding and supporting less experienced staff.
- You’ll play a key role in team coordination, service improvement, and maintaining protected, effective care environments.
