As an Employer Engagement Specialist, you'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing employer relationships, and leveraging digital marketing strategies to promote the value of inclusive employment across South East Queensland.

Key responsibilities

Proactively identify and cultivate new employer partnerships.

Promote the benefits of hiring people with disability and support employers in creating inclusive workplaces.

Understand employer needs and match them with suitable candidates.

Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with existing employers.

Provide ongoing support to ensure successful placements and job retention.

Facilitate digital campaigns to raise awareness of inclusive employment.

Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and employer outreach.

Use data and analytics to refine marketing strategies and measure impact.

Work closely with internal teams and community stakeholders.

Contribute to the development of strategic growth plans and marketing initiatives.

About you





Experience in Disability Employment Services (DES) or a related employment support role.

Robust understanding of the barriers and opportunities for people with disability in the workforce.

Proven ability to engage employers and drive business development.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

A passion for social impact and inclusive communities.
