About our client: Randstad is pleased to be partnering with our client who are a large, respected, ASX-Listed multinational business based in Eagle Farm. They are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

About the role: Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader, you will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance across the business. Your duties will include:

- End-to-end payroll processing for your assigned pay runs accurately and on time
- Utilising time and attendance systems to manage inputs, pay rules, and payments
- Award and EBA interpretation, ensuring correct application of allowances and rates
- Maintaining employee data, master files,



and onboarding details
- Performing month-end reconciliations, standard payroll reporting, PAYG, and EMS filings
- Assisting with Year-End reconciliation activities
- Managing and resolving payroll queries escalated from internal stakeholders

About you:

- Proven end-to-end payroll processing experience within a medium to high-volume environment
- Experience with Chris21 or iChris
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards, and EBAs
- High level of accuracy, literacy, numeracy and attention to detail
- Full and unlimited Australian working rights
