We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to mentor our team, elevate educational practices and create incredible learning experiences for our little learners.

About the Role

As our Educational Leader , you’ll work closely with the leadership team to mentor and support educators, guide curriculum and programming, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

You’ll Be Supported With

- 1 dedicated day off the floor each week
- 1 day floating above ratio to observe practices, mentor educators and support the team
- The opportunity to float across the service as needed

About You

You’ll have 2+ years' experience in early childhood education, with previous Educational Leader and/or management experience highly regarded.

You’ll Also Bring

- A passion for mentoring and developing educators




- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Australian Working Rights
- A proactive, collaborative and team-first attitude
