As an Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer situated in Adelaide , you will provide exemplary administrative oversight that facilitates operational efficiency and organisation within the ICT department. This role will be driven by your meticulous nature, as you manage meeting minutes and coordinate the appointment diary of the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Your high interpersonal skillset and amiable persona will enhance cross-team and agency communication, as you liaise with an array of stakeholders. Immerse yourself in this dynamic role that enables the CIO to thrive in his position through your dedicated support.
In this role, you will:
- Record meeting minutes and oversee the diary management of the CIO
- Partake in team meetings and work collaboratively within the ICT directorate
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CIO surrounding administration and daily management
- Provide project support through research collation and timely correspondence
- Monitor the quality of official documents, such as reports, letters and other forms of communication.

- You guarantee phenomenal customer service when interacting with a broad range of stakeholders
- You have exceptional time management and organisational skills to meet ever evolving priorities
- You can provide high-level confidential executive support in a sensitive environment
- You are competent in a wide range of Microsoft Office tools to effectively manage daily communications
- You possess solid interpersonal skills when cooperating with associates within the ICT directorate.
