Are you a Registered Nurse who has completed a New Graduate Program and is ready for the next challenge? Join our 12-month Critical Care Development Program and build your expertise in one of three specialist streams: Cardiology, Emergency, or Intensive Care.

Supported by experienced Clinical Nurse Educators, you'll receive hands‑on learning, tailored professional development, and exposure to diverse and complex clinical experiences. This is not an observational program. You will be an active member of a supportive multidisciplinary team from day one.

Develop sought‑after critical care skills, gain confidence in challenging clinical environments, and create a strong foundation for a rewarding future in nursing. Ongoing opportunities may be available for nurses wishing to continue their career in Critical Care after program completion.
