We're seeking an experienced Employment Services professional to join our national Quality team, supporting operational excellence, continuous improvement and audit readiness across our network. Whether you're currently an Employment Consultant, Team Leader, Site Manager, Trainer or Compliance professional, this is an opportunity to leverage your industry knowledge in a role that helps shape quality outcomes nationally.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hybrid role based at our Territory Headquarters in Blackburn (2 days per week in the office). As a Quality Specialist, you'll work closely with operational leaders and frontline teams to ensure best practice service delivery, support audit preparation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Conducting internal audits, reviews and quality assurance activities.
- Supporting sites and managers before, during and after audits and accreditation reviews.
- Coaching staff and leaders on compliance requirements, quality standards and best-practice servicing.
- Supporting the onboarding and development of new leaders and team members.
- Identifying risks, trends and improvement opportunities through data analysis and file reviews.
- Assisting with the development and review of operational policies, procedures and resources.
- Managing corrective actions and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partnering with operational teams to strengthen quality, compliance and performance outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- Employment Services experience (essential).




- Strong knowledge of Workforce Australia and/or Inclusive Employment Australia.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- The confidence to coach, influence and support staff at all levels.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience leading audit, quality assurance or compliance activities (an advantage).
- Leadership, mentoring or staff training experience (an advantage).
- Quality or Internal Audit qualifications (an advantage).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others, solving problems and helping teams deliver exceptional services within a regulated environment. You may currently be a Team Leader, Site Manager or other operational leader within Employment Services, or perhaps you're a high-performing Employment Consultant who has become the go-to person for onboarding new staff, sharing best practice, interpreting guidelines or helping prepare your site for audits and quality reviews.
