Key responsibilities
- You'll join a well-established team where strong working relationships, shared knowledge and a genuine commitment to each other's safety underpin how we work, creating an environment where people support one another and take pride in delivering quality outcomes.
- Your home base will be Clyde, so while you can live anywhere from the Wollongong region through to Newcastle, you'll need to be willing and able to travel to Clyde as required.
- You'll have opportunities to develop your technical skills, gain further training and qualifications supported by us, and continue progressing your career within a large and diverse organisation.
- You'll work alongside experienced people who will support you as you learn the rail environment and expand on the skills you already have.
What you need
- As part of supporting our network and delivering project work, you'll need to be available for night shift, weekend work, overtime and on-call requirements, as well as living away from home when required.
- Safety comes first for you.
- You have a high level of safety awareness, look out for the people around you and consistently role model secure working behaviours.
