- Demonstrated expertise as a HSIE classroom practitioner
- Demonstrated expertise and qualifications in Geography.
- A demonstrated capacity to align practice with a whole-school Positive Behaviour for Learning model of student support.
- An appropriate mix of pedagogical, content and technological knowledge.




- An informed understanding of inclusive, learner-centred pedagogy.
- An ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to staff professional culture.
- Willingness to participate in staff professional development in partnership with the College.
- Willingness to contribute to the KLA team in their understanding of relevant curriculum and its application to the College.
- Willingness to take on co-curricular activities.
- Capacity to teach Religious Education (RE) is essential.
