Working alongside Family Violence Registrars, Respondent Practitioners and key court stakeholders, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals experiencing family violence and helping improve safety outcomes for women, children and families.

Key responsibilities

- Working directly with victim survivors attending court, you will apply your specialist family violence knowledge to assess risk, develop safety plans, provide crisis support and connect clients with services that promote their immediate and ongoing safety.
- Through this work, you will help enhance outcomes for women, children and families affected by family violence while supporting a court environment that holds perpetrators accountable for their actions.




- Conducting comprehensive MARAM-aligned risk assessments and safety planning.
- Providing crisis intervention, information, support and referrals.

What you need

- Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, social sciences, or related field, in addition to demonstrated robust experience working with people who have experienced family violence.
- Demonstrated experience completing comprehensive MARAM aligned risk assessments and safety planning.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in the provision of support, crisis containment, risk assessment, and case coordination.
