You'll coordinate daily operations to deliver high-quality commercial outcomes, drive productivity and efficiency, and ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety, Quality Management and customer service standards.

- As a Trade Overseer, you’ll lead, mentor and motivate inmates in a dynamic team environment, helping them develop practical trade and workplace skills that support successful rehabilitation and future employment opportunities.
- Lead by example by mentoring and supervising inmates, passing on your trade skills and helping them build the confidence and experience needed for employment after release.

What you need

- Relevant trade qualifications: Minimum Certificate lll in any Construction Trade including Electrician, Plumber, Plasterer, Roofer, Tiler or related trades.
- Proven post-trade experience with the ability to apply your skills effectively in a diverse operational workplace.
- Demonstrated experience supervising and managing workers, including providing clear instructions, coaching and training to a lower-skilled workforce.
