About us:Central Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (CQMHAODS) provides specialist mental health, alcohol and substance-related care across Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast, Gladstone, Central Highlands and Banana, supporting a catchment of more than 250,000 people.Rockhampton is the principal service centre, providing administration and acute adult mental health services, including the 24/7 Acute Care Team and inpatient facilities. Services also include an Adult Step-Up, Step-Down facility in Gladstone and an Adult Community Care Unit in Rockhampton.About the role:Deliver specialist mental health care using discipline-specific clinical skills, evidence-based practice and contemporary professional standards.Assess, plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive, recovery-focused care for consumers with mental illness or serious mental health problems.Work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers, multidisciplinary teams and external services to support consumer involvement and recovery.Practice independently and professionally, using sound clinical judgement within relevant professional guidelines and requirements.About you:Relevant professional qualification and registration in Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Social Work.Advanced mental health clinical expertise,
