Komatsu is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Gunnedah Service team.

You’ll be out in the field maintaining, diagnosing and repairing customer equipment, working independently and directly with customers to keep their machines performing at their best.

What you'll be doing

- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs and maintenance on customer equipment.
- Testing and adjusting machine operating and monitoring systems.
- Providing quality technical support in the field.
- Assisting with larger site-based equipment maintenance projects.
- Managing your own jobs, paperwork and technical reporting.
- Working directly with customers and providing a high level of service.
- Working safely and efficiently, often with minimal supervision.

Role Located: Gunnedah, NSW

Roster: Monday to Friday - 7am to 15:06, with overtime available

Tools: Tool of trade vehicle, mobile phone and laptop
