We're building products that rethink how property developers find opportunities, make decisions and run complex projects. We need a AI Native Product Designer who can turn messy real-world problems into experiences that feel easy.
The role
You’ll work directly with founders, customers and developers to move ideas from real-world problems through to polished product experiences.
You should be comfortable with:
- Rapidly iterate: sketch, prototype, test, improve
- Design complex information workflows and scalable systems
- Collaborate with engineers throughout
- Use AI to accelerate the process
Most importantly: strong product and design judgment matters more than visual polish. What matters is understanding what should exist, why it should exist, and how someone should actually experience it.
We're genuinely curious how AI has changed the way you design.
Not whether you know Figma AI or Claude, but whether you've actually built a different design process around AI. Maybe you use it to explore UX alternatives, rapidly prototype interactions, generate and critique copy, build working interfaces instead of static mockups, or jump between Figma and code. Maybe you've developed an entirely different workflow.
Show us how you work today. Tools change weekly. Your thinking matters more.
What you might work on:
- Human‑AI collaboration patterns inside products
- Rapid prototyping and testing with customers
What we’re looking for:
- Strong UX, interaction and visual design skills
- A portfolio showing thoughtful product decisions,
not just polished screens
- Experience conducting user research
- Ability to simplify complicated workflows and information architecture
- Experience with responsive web applications and design systems
- Highly iterative approach to design
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools in your actual workflow
- Confidence to challenge assumptions and explain your decisions
Experience with SaaS, workflow software, fintech or proptech is valuable but not essential.
You’re already using AI to turn designs into working prototypes or interfaces, and you’re comfortable opening a codebase or experimenting directly in the product.
Our stack:
React, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Supabase.
You don’t need to be an engineer. But the boundary between design and implementation should feel fluid to you.
This role isn’t for you if
- You want fully defined requirements handed down
- Your design process starts and ends in Figma
- You measure design quality primarily by visual polish
- You aren’t interested in speaking directly with users
- You see AI as just an image or copy generator
- You prefer long handoff cycles between design and engineering
- Direct access to founders and customers
- Design from very early stages through production
- Genuine complex problems with real impact
- Experiment with AI‑native design workflows
- See ideas move from concept to shipping quickly
- Shape the design language across an entire product ecosystem
