About Us:

Devcon Property Services has been established since1993 , with our Head Office based on theSunshine Coast . We are expanding into Brookwater and looking for an experiencedProperty Manager to join us.

This is asolo Property Manager role , managing a portfolio of approximately60–80 properties across the Logan/Ipswich area.

$75,000 – $87,5000 (incudes up to 12,500 KPI’s)

About You

You’ll have a currentQLD Real Estate Certificate and Driver’s Licence , strong communication skills, a skilled attitude and the ability to work independently.

PropertyMe experience is essential. Other programs are Inspection Express, Air Table, TAPI.
