About The Position

Reporting to the Assessment Manager, this fixed term position is part of the Assessment Team within Bond University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine. As a key member of the professional services team,



the primary responsibility is to provide high-quality administrative services that support the delivery of assessment functions for the Medicine Program.

The role provides high-level advice, coordination and support for technical and operational assessment activities across the Medicine Program. Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day assessment administration and reporting, preparing and running assessment reports, and compiling assessment data to enable timely grade reporting.

It is expected that this position will liaise with academics, professional staff and students, as needed, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking capabilities.

The Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine welcomes applications from candidates with previous experience in a service-oriented position who work effectively as part of a team with a customer-first focus while contributing to team outcomes. About the Person

We are seeking a dynamic individual who can work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively as part of a cooperative team in a busy and growing workplace. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to supporting high-quality assessment administration.

The role requires advanced computer literacy, including advanced Excel skills, and the ability to maintain university databases and reporting functions with accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated capacity to learn and use new systems and software is essential.



Experience with multiple platforms, including the Blackboard student learning system (iLearn), Microsoft Office Suite and, ideally, ExamSoft assessment software would be advantageous.

Salary Details

The salary for the position will commence at $85,707.07 plus 12% superannuation per annum.
