Ventura is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Account Manager to help grow our Charter division through new business acquisition, strategic account development and exceptional client relationship management.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, building long-term partnerships and delivering commercial results. Working closely with the General Manager Charter and wider operational teams, you'll play a key role in expanding Ventura's presence across schools, events, corporate and charter markets.

What You'll Be Doing

Business Development

- Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across key market sectors.
- Manage sales pipelines, inbound enquiries and lead generation activities.
- Develop and present tailored charter solutions, proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and secure new business.
- Research market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
- Achieve sales, margin and growth targets.

Account Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage contract renewals, amendments and tender submissions.
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback.
- Support strategic planning, forecasting and business growth initiatives.
- Represent Ventura at industry events and networking opportunities.

About You

You are a motivated and commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering results.

You will bring:

- 2-5 years' experience in business development, sales and/or account management.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and strategic planning abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated and customer-focused approach.

Highly Regarded

- Experience within education,



transport, logistics, events or hospitality sectors.
- Knowledge of the charter or passenger transport industry.
- Experience working with schools, event organisers or corporate clients.
