The role works closely with teams across the business to scope, design, deliver and evaluate programs related to leadership, talent and succession, employee engagement and organisational culture.

Key responsibilities

- Support the delivery of organisational development programs that build capability, strengthen workplace culture, and enable performance.
- Design content, facilitate workshops, and contribute to initiatives that engage employees and deliver strategic priorities.
- Provide advice and support to managers, executives and staff on organisational development strategies and solutions.
- Administer learning management and reporting systems.

What you need

- You will bring experience in designing, delivering and evaluating organisational development and learning initiatives.
- You will have robust instructional design and facilitation skills, as well the ability to use data and evidence to develop practical solutions.
- You will be adept at building effective relationships with diverse audiences at all levels of an organisation.
