Role:

The role will be primarily to support the Sales team in the pre and post trade processes including onboarding of clients, preparing memos for new trading limits and annual reviews, obtaining internal approvals and working on structuring transactions

Main Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the KYC and credit onboarding, as well as the legal documentation of new and existing customers
- Trade booking and following up on post execution settlement issues
- Maintaining and developing relationships with internal stakeholders such as offshore trading and support teams
- Working closely with other product partners within Natixis as appropriate (e.g. IEF, DCM, ASF)
- Gathering and presenting market data and customer information in appropriate format




- Preparing presentations and reports on market activity, product pitches and sales and customer activity
- Assist with preparing client action plans, pitches, and other strategic activities as directed by leadership
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all products that the team is executing
- Understanding of all systems required to deal with such products – execution and booking tools

Required Skills:

- Degree in quantitative finance, business, mathematic or related disciplines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with a pro-active positive attitude.
- Attention to details and strong organizational skills.
- Solid communication skills – both written and verbal – with ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders across different cultures and time-zones.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to learn quickly on the job, take robust initiative and responsibility for assigned projects and tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as familiarity with online tools

Preferred Skills:

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with ability to work closely with internal stakeholders across different cultures and time-zones to support business
- Ability to work independently with strong business development and analytical skills
- Ability to develop proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel as well as various trading and execution platforms
