What You’ll Do

In this hands‑on role, you’ll be:

- Leading, coaching and supporting our Guest Services and Housekeeping teams

- Ensuring accommodation is beautifully presented, clean and guest‑ready

- Overseeing the guest journey from arrival through to departure

- Monitoring occupancy, guest feedback and service standards

- Managing rostering, wages, budgets and departmental performance

- Partnering with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience

- Responding to guest feedback and finding solutions quickly

- Supporting school camps, holiday programs and group stays

- Improving service, efficiency, safety, compliance and presentation across accommodation and guest facilities

- Keeping accommodation and guest facilities secure, compliant and consistently guest‑ready

What You’ll Bring

- Leadership experience within holiday parks, hotels, resorts, accommodation or tourism

- Experience leading Guest Services, Front Office and/or Housekeeping teams

- Strong people leadership, coaching, communication and performance management skills

- Experience with rostering, budgets and operational performance

- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to guest concerns and day‑to‑day operational challenges
