Join the team at IGA Springdale Heights (NSW) as a Supermarket Store Manager. This is a full time position that will see you taking on a pivotal leadership role in driving the success and performance of our busy supermarket store. You will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading your team to consistently deliver strong results.

What you'll be doing

- Manage the day-to-day running of the supermarket store, including all staffing and inventory responsibilities
- Motivate, develop and lead a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and maximise store sales and profitability
- Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as operational efficiency, merchandising, and customer experience
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant WHS and legal regulations
- Foster a positive, customer‑centric culture within the store

What we're looking for

- Experience in a retail management role (2+ years), preferably in the supermarket/grocery sector
- Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities,



with the capacity to use data to drive decision‑making and meet targets
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to inspire a customer‑first mindset in your team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with all stakeholders
- Proactive and capable of executing tasks promptly and efficiently
