As a Level 3 Social Work Senior Clinician, you will provide advanced clinical expertise across complex and critical presentations, using sound professional judgement and advanced reasoning to deliver high-quality care.

Key responsibilities

- Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health professionals to achieve positive outcomes for patients, families and carers.
- Contribute to a culture of evidence-based practice, career development and continuous improvement.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to Social Work staff and students in accordance with relevant professional standards.
- Provide comprehensive Social Work assessment and intervention for patients, families and carers.

What you need

- Degree in Social Work with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW).
- Demonstrated high level clinical experience and understanding of the needs of clients accessing the health care system.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for service improvement and skills in providing training and education with experience in staff and/or student supervision.
