What You'll Do
- Analyse and integrate data from multiple sources to measure campaign performance, customer engagement and communication effectiveness.
- Work on innovative in-house solutions to complex, high-value business problems, saving time and costs for the business.
- Perform complex data wrangling, cleansing and transformation to deliver accurate, reliable and actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and data visualisations that bring data to life and help stakeholders understand performance trends and opportunities.
- Liaiase with Product Owners, Marketing teams and senior stakeholders, gathering information about operational challenges and pain-points, develop products and solutions to improve and enhance ways of working, present insights and recommendations, clearly communicating how campaigns are performing.
- Use statistical analysis to advise on campaign strategy, targeting and communication parameters, including recommendations on why initiatives should or should not proceed.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in data analytics roles supporting campaigns, marketing, customer communications or CRM environments.
- Advanced SQL skills, robust Tableau (or similar visualisation tool) experience, and proficiency in Python, R or another scripting language.
- Prior experience with scripting in R, Python, Bash, etc. Any experience with DevOps, version control tools and dimensional modelling.
- Excellent technical capability in data wrangling, analysis and working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills, with the ability to translate findings into practical commercial recommendations and influence decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills,
with experience partnering across Product, Marketing and business teams to deliver data-driven outcomes.
