This role is central to how Operational Response functions day to day.

Key responsibilities

- You will support the management of the Operational Communications Centre (OCC), contribute directly to state-wide operational preparedness including State Operations Centre readiness, and work closely with State Operations teams, Operational Platforms and partner agencies such as Fire and Rescue NSW.
- A key focus of the role is driving operational improvement, shaping policy and procedures, and leading enhancements to critical systems, particularly the Computer Aided Dispatch system.
- The role requires a people-focused who promotes staff wellbeing, and maintains a skilled and accountable workplace.
