As the Site Controller, you will be the key point of contact on site, working closely with Council staff, contractors, suppliers, and the Leisure Centre operational team to ensure daily activities run safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day site access and security.
- Coordinating contractor movements and site inductions.
- Monitoring compliance with WHS requirements and site safety procedures.
- Conducting routine site inspections and hazard identification.
What you need
- Previous experience in site supervision, facilities management, construction, operations, or a similar site-based coordination role.
- Solid understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Experience managing contractors and multiple stakeholders.
