Department: ESG - Data Operations & Analytics
Salary: UOM 7 - $111,275 - $120,453 p.a. plus 17% super

What you will deliver
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data sets, visualisations and insight-driven reports.
- Analyse data to test hypotheses, synthesise findings and provide clear, reliable recommendations and commentary on trends.
- Define scope, estimate effort and document functional requirements and methodologies to ensure transparency and reusability.
- Use AWS, Power BI and Excel to investigate data, build effective visualisations and scalable reporting solutions.
- Uplift stakeholder capability in using data and identify recurring needs that could benefit from enterprise solutions.
You may be a great fit if you
- Bring experience partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver valuable information, insights and decisions.
- Demonstrate skill in gathering and documenting user requirements and applying sound data management practices.
- Apply analytical techniques to solve business problems and present compelling,
insight-rich narratives to stakeholders.
- Use AWS, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint confidently to create data products and visualisations.
- Hold relevant education, training or equivalent experience aligned to data analysis, reporting and visualisation.
- Show strong curiosity about stakeholder roles and motivation to support their success through evidence-based advice.
Your recent team
You will join the Enterprise Services Group within the Chief Operating Officer Portfolio, supporting transformation and efficiency. The Data Operations and Analytics team delivers end-to-end enterprise data, turning business needs into trusted information and insights. You will collaborate across functions, contribute to impactful reporting solutions and help embed data-informed decision-making University-wide.
