The role will provide hands‑on project and delivery management across the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, delivery, monitoring and control, transition into operations and closure.

Key responsibilities

- Reporting to the ICT Project Lead, the ICT Project Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple ICT projects concurrently across LHA, working closely with ICT teams, senior management, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
- The role will also apply appropriate waterfall, agile, scrum and hybrid practices where suitable.
- Where the Project Management Stream is tasked with acting as Scrum Master for the Continuous Improvement Backlog (CIB) cycle, this role will perform the core Scrum Master responsibilities, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting the team to follow the agreed delivery process, tracking and escalating impediments,



and helping maintain a consistent and effective delivery rhythm.

What you need

- Demonstrated experience as an ICT Project Manager and Scrum Master, applying appropriate project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies and techniques to deliver ICT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced team workplace dealing with competing priorities.
- Effective communicator and listener, be able to build and maintain good relationships with our stakeholders.
