What will you be doing?





- Lead and mentor a team of Automotive Technicians and Apprentices
- Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure KPIs are met
- Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold RAC's quality standards
- Coordinate workflow and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Liaise with members, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellence

What are we looking for?

- Qualified Automotive Technician
- Licensing: C-Class Driver's Licence and Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence
- Technical Skills: Comprehensive background in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
- Leadership Abilities: Proven capacity to motivate, coach and mentor a diverse team
- Organisational Strength: Capable of prioritising tasks, managing workload and resolving challenges in a fast-paced environment
