TheirCare Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the OSHC program in a specialist school setting. This role supports the Victorian Government’s High Intensity OSHC initiative and ensures high staff-to-child ratios and quality before/after school care.

You will liaise with families, schools and stakeholders, plan programs, coordinate rostering, manage compliance, and support career development within a warm, inclusive workplace.
