About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles. You’ll play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, improving hiring outcomes, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

This is a rapid-paced, people-focused role where you’ll have the chance to influence hiring decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing through to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, networking, and talent pools
- Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communications
- Provide expert advice to support informed hiring decisionsBuild robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and time-to-hire




- Maintain accurate records and reporting within recruitment systems

About You

What you’ll bring

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to sourcing and hiring
- Confidence providing guidance and influencing hiring decisions
- Experience in disability services, blue-collar, or high-volume recruitment
- Experience working within a large or complex organisation
