Starting inFebruary 2028 , our two-year Graduate Program is designed to support your transition from university to industry. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, learn from industry experts, and explore where your interests and strengths can take you — all while contributing to Australia’s clean energy future.

Who we are looking for

We’re looking forcurious, motivated graduates who want to learn, contribute, and build a career with purpose. You don’t need to know everything – we’ll support you to get there.

You’ll need to:

- Hold or be in your final year of anMechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Be anAustralian or New Zealand Citizen ,Permanent Resident , or hold an eligible working visa
- Havegraduated or be graduating by January 2028
- Be available to attend anin‑person Assessment Centre, in May 2027.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, clear communication, problem‑solving skills, and a genuine interest in sustainability and social responsibility
