Key responsibilities

- You will have current Triage and ALS qualifications.
- You will be managing and supervising staff and clinical nursing practice with a focus on optimal patient outcomes and professional growth for staff.
- You’ll be a role model to uphold policies and skilled standards practices with staff to deliver evidence based best-practice and safe care.
- You’ll also be an advocate for our organisational change processes to continuously improve nursing care delivery.
