Queensland Government is seeking a Senior Housing Officer to manage complex social housing and housing assistance services. The role involves supervising Housing Officers delivering direct services to customers in person, over the counter, by phone and in outreach sites across the community.

The position includes rent reviews, eligibility assessments, handling high-need applications, stakeholder relations, and field-based customer engagements. Travel within the region may be required.
