The role combines instructional design, consultation and project work to help ensure education programs remain contemporary, practical and aligned with organisational needs.

Key responsibilities

- As an Education Consultant, you will support the development and continuous improvement of education and training programs across Victoria Police.
- As part of a small, cooperative team, you will work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create learning products, provide specialist advice, and contribute to a range of education projects and initiatives.
- You will apply contemporary learning practices, maintain education resources and contribute to initiatives that support training across Victoria Police.
- Developing and maintaining education,



assessment and learner support materials.

- You will bring experience in education and training, along with a passion for developing learning products that support organisational outcomes.
- You will be confident working collaboratively, contributing to projects and taking responsibility for delivering high-quality work.
- Experience developing education and training resources, supported by a strong understanding of learning and development principles.
