BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Care Team Manager to lead the clinical care operations at Bethshan Gardens Centre in Wyee. In this full-time, 12-month fixed-term role, you will guide a dedicated team of nurses and care staff to ensure residents receive protected, high-quality, person-centred care daily.

You will oversee clinical practices, mentor staff, support complex care needs, and drive continuous improvement across the service.
