Restaurant Manager & Assistant Restaurant Manager – Aldinga, SA

We are seeking expressions of interest for Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager positions at our Aldinga restaurant.

Our Managers play a key role in driving excellence across Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value (QSC&V;) . You will lead, coach and develop our crew and management team while ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain strong operational standards.

These roles offer the opportunity to take ownership of restaurant performance, develop your leadership capability and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

What Your Role Includes

As a Manager, you will:

Lead and coach crew and management teams to deliver outstanding QSC&V; and customer experiences .

Drive operational excellence through the McDonald’s PACE cycle and continuous improvement.

Develop and support your team through training, feedback, performance management and succession planning.

Ensure strong food safety, workplace safety and operational compliance.

Support workforce planning, rostering and labour management.

Implement local initiatives that build sales, guest counts and community engagement.

Work collaboratively with your management team to achieve restaurant goals and create a high-performing culture.

In addition to the above, the Restaurant Manager will take greater ownership of the overall restaurant's performance, including:

Financial performance, budgeting and profitability.

Setting clear business goals, targets and action plans and driving the team to achieve them.





Monitoring key performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Leading the management team through department planning and performance reviews .

Developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and sustainable business results .

Building a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan for the future.
