We are currently looking for an Assistant Used Car Manager or experiencedUsed Car Salesperson with a proven track record in target achievement looking for their next step.

This is an opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who is ready to step into a greater leadership role, develop their management skills and build a long-term career within Mazda’s flagship Dealership.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on selling management role which will enable you to lead your team from the front on disciplines and standards. You will also work closely with our Used Vehicle and Pre Delivery Management teams, and play a key role in driving sales performance, customer experience and team development.

You will be responsible for helping lead a high-performing sales team, maximising every sales prospect and ensuring we consistently achieve and exceed our targets.

Qualifications / Skills

- Proven success in automotive sales with ademonstrated history of exceeding targets
- Current experience as a Senior Sales Consultant, 2IC,



Assistant Manager or similar leadership role
- A genuine hunger towin and achieve results
- Strong understanding of vehicle sales, finance, trade-ins and gross profit
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable
- Strong CRM, follow-up and pipeline management skills
- Excellent customer experience focus
- High energy, resilience and a positive attitude
- A professional approach and strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting the Used Car Sales Manager in achieving and exceeding monthly targets
- Leading by example and driving a high-performance sales culture
- Coaching and developing sales consultants
- Monitoring sales activity, conversion and follow-up
- Maximising finance, warranty, accessories and other value-add opportunities
- Supporting appraisal and trade-in processes
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional Customer Experience
- Assisting with daily sales operations and performance management
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and profitability
