The role of Team Leader Business Performance and Integration is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in the delivery of high-quality business improvement, performance reporting, governance, and service optimisation initiatives across Council's Environment and Planning Directorate. Reporting to the Section Manager Business Support & Systems, this role will see you use your proactive engagement with employees and stakeholders to ensure effective data-driven decision making while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

Applicant Profile

- - a degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Leadership or a related discipline or demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary Business Improvement and Performance teams supported by ongoing professional development
- - the ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability, quality service delivery, customer focus and continuous improvement
- - the ability to deliver complex, organisation-wide corporate projects and improvement initiatives
- - the ability to build solid, credible relationships and influence,



persuade or negotiate outcomes that are of benefit or add value to the entire organisation
- - the ability to interpret, analyse and integrate financial, operational and performance data to provide insights, evidence-based recommendations and specialist advice to inform decision-making
- - quality leadership behaviours, including active communication with the team in regard to performance, business strategy, diversity, coaching and mentoring and change management.

Offer Details

The commencing salary for this position is up to $115.3k per year. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $133.6k on completion of assessment of skills and/ or performance plus 12% superannuation

- - We have a permanent full-time role available
- - This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight
- - We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsite
- - This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building
