We are seeking passionate and experienced retail leaders to join our brand-recent Galleria Perth team across two exciting management opportunities.

n

We have opportunities available for both a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager , offering the chance to be part of the store from day one — helping build the team, establish the culture and create an exceptional Oroton experience from the moment we open our doors.

Store Manager | Permanent full-time | Tuesday–Saturday roster

Assistant Store Manager | Permanent full-time | Sunday–Thursday roster

What You’ll Do:

n

Store Manager:

n

n
- Lead the launch of our brand-new store, building and inspiring a high-performing team from day one
n
- Take ownership of store performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs
n
- Create a strong sales culture through coaching, communication and performance management
n
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including recruitment, rostering, stock management and compliance
n
- Set and maintain elevated standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and brand execution
n
- Build strong client relationships and champion clienteling across the team
n
- Analyse sales and performance results to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
n
- Create a positive, inclusive and engaging team environment that reflects the Oroton brand
n

Assistant Store Manager:

n

n
- Support the Store Manager in launching and establishing the brand-new store
n
- Help build, coach and develop a high-performing team
n
- Drive sales performance and deliver against store targets and KPIs
n
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering elevated customer experiences and strong styling service
n
- Support rostering, recruitment, training, stock management and day-to-day store operations
n
- Assist with visual merchandising and establishing Oroton’s elevated presentation standards
n
- Build meaningful client relationships and encourage solid clienteling practices
n
- Step into the Store Manager’s responsibilities when required
n

What You Bring

n

n
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role within fashion, premium or high-volume retail
n
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
n
- Experience coaching, developing and motivating retail teams
n
- Strong customer service and clienteling skills, with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
n
- A natural eye for styling, presentation and fashion
n
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence interpreting sales performance
n
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
n
- A positive, energetic leadership style and a genuine passion for people
n
