In this role, you'll:

- Work as part of a team delivering Transport’s risk‑based procurement assurance and compliance program, supporting day‑to‑day monitoring, testing and reporting across divisions and agencies.
- This role will see you add purpose by contributing to checking procurement transactions, collating and analysing data, preparing reports, maintaining assurance records, and supporting stakeholder engagement.
- You will support and build improvements, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality and strengthen consistent practices in an setting that requires accuracy, attention to detail, balancing competing tasks, and growing knowledge of procurement frameworks.
- This is a temporary full-time position for up to 9 months.
- Your attention to detail, organisation, communication skills and collaborative approach—formed across roles in procurement, compliance, audit, risk or other structured operational environments—will see you excel in accurate data recording, contributing to reports,



supporting testing activities, and overcoming challenges such as varied workload demands and evolving policy requirements.
- You will bring the discipline required for consistent record‑keeping, stakeholder support and adherence to frameworks, leading to transparent, traceable and reliable assurance outcomes.
- You’re recognised as ethical and reliable, skilled at checking and documenting procurement activity, supporting managers and responding to stakeholder queries, and experienced in data handling, teamwork, and applying procurement and compliance requirements.
