What you need
- Deliver services and positively impact the customer service expectation through exercising sound reasoning, problem solving and robust interpersonal and communication skills to ensure timely and accurate service through a variety of touchpoints.
- Engaging with customers through multiple channels, such as OurService, email, Microsoft Teams, in-person interactions, and telephone lines.
- Customer service experience is highly regarded.
