Bartenders and Waitstaff – New Gold Coast Store | Opening Mid-October

Third Wave BBQ, one of Melbourne's leading American BBQ restaurants, is coming to the Gold Coast.

n

Known for smoked meats, great cocktails and a fun, fast-paced atmosphere, we're building a team for our new Gold Coast store, opening in mid-October. We're looking for enthusiastic bartenders and waitstaff to join us.

n

Successful candidates will need to be available for training and onboarding before opening.

Your Role

n

Prepare cocktails, beers and other beverages efficiently

n

Recommend drinks that pair well with our BBQ menu

n

Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar

n

Ensure the responsible service of alcohol

n

Waitstaff

n

Welcome guests and guide them through the menu

n

Take food and drink orders accurately

n

Deliver food and beverages promptly

n

Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the guest experience

n

Shared Responsibilities

n

Process orders and payments using our POS system

n

Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue

n

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts

n





Help establish a positive and professional culture in the new store

n

What We're Looking For

n

Current Queensland RSA certificate

n

At least one year of hospitality experience preferred

n

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

n

Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

n

Strong communication and teamwork skills

n

Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays

n

Availability for pre-opening training and onboarding

n
