Key responsibilities

- Develop your expertise through regular supervision, career development and specialist learning opportunities.
- Work with diverse and complex presentations that will strengthen your clinical skills and experience.
- You'll conduct psychological assessments and criminogenic risk evaluations, develop case formulations and provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
- You'll contribute to the development of offender management and case plans, ensuring psychological factors are appropriately considered in decision-making and rehabilitation strategies.

What you need

- You will bring experience, in psychological assessment, case formulation and intervention,



together with knowledge of evidence‑based therapeutic approaches.
- You will be resilient, adaptable and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift Your communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport with diverse client groups and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.
- Most importantly, you'll demonstrate sound professional judgement, a commitment to ethical and trauma‑informed practice, and a genuine interest in supporting rehabilitation and positive behavioural change.
