Key responsibilities

- Supervise daily site operations, managing trade staff and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship, timeline adherence, and active performance management.
- Maintain site logs, coordinate materials, track project milestones, and manage reporting using digital tools and MS Office.

What you need

- Recognised trade qualification (e.g., Carpentry, Building, Plumbing, Electrical, or related trades) with substantial hands‑on site experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi‑trade field teams, managing subcontractors, and developing apprentices.
- Practical ability to interpret drawings, measure material take‑offs, and prepare accurate job quotes.
