This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of organisational change initiatives and the seamless transition of projects into business-as-usual operations.

Key responsibilities

- Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you will lead and support change management and operational readiness activities, helping stakeholders embrace change, maximise adoption, and realise project benefits.
- You will work closely with project teams, business leaders, and change sponsors to ensure effective engagement, communication, capability development, and operational preparedness.
- Develop, coordinate and facilitate change management and operational readiness strategies across key projects.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments using recognised methodologies such as PROSCI ADKAR.
