Pop-Up Therapy
Brisbane City
Pop-Up Therapy is a mobile occupational therapy service supporting children and young people through in-home, school-based, clinic, and telehealth sessions. We take a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach to help young clients build everyday skills, confidence, and participation in daily life.
We are a close-knit and supportive team that values connection, flexibility, professional growth and a sustainable approach to work. We understand that our team members have lives and families outside of work, and we genuinely value work-life balance. We aim to create a workplace where clinicians feel trusted, supported and connected, while having the autonomy to work in a way that suits both them and their clients.
About the role
The Senior Occupational Therapist is a clinical leadership role within Pop-Up Therapy. In addition to carrying a client caseload, the role includes dedicated time for qualified supervision of Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants, supporting the clinical development of the team, mentoring university students on placement, and contributing to service development and organisational leadership.
This is an opportunity for an experienced paediatric OT to have a meaningful role in shaping the clinical direction of a growing service, while remaining connected to the clinical work they enjoy.
The role can be structured on a full-time or part-time basis , and we are happy to discuss working arrangements that suit the right person.
Why join Pop-Up Therapy?
Full-time or part-time options , with flexibility around working days and hours
Flexible work-from-home options for suitable non-client-facing tasks, including report writing and administration
A genuinely family-friendly workplace that recognises the importance of life outside of work
A balance of clinical work and leadership responsibilities , rather than expecting leadership duties to simply sit on top of a full clinical caseload
Autonomy and trust in how you structure and manage your work
The opportunity to help shape clinical services, programs and team development as Pop-Up Therapy continues to grow
A close-knit, approachable team where collaboration and connection are actively valued
