Your Role

- Oversee projects from inception to completion, working closely with our construction team
- Liaise with brokers, agents, and clients to keep communication flowing smoothly
- Manage RFIs, progress claims, variations, and documentation submissions
- Work with builders and developers to track and advance contract milestones
- Coordinate contract exchanges and financial transactions to ensure timely, seamless outcomes
- Keep project documentation organised and easily accessible
- Maintain strong communication across internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to align expectations





What You’ll Bring

- Strong understanding of contract management principles
- Experience with property and/or construction contracts
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset and the confidence to work independently
- Creative problem-solving and “think ahead” attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
