As a Senior Project Officer within Safer Care Victoria's Medicines and Pharmacy Improvement team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of statewide reform initiatives, including the Victorian Statewide Medicines Formulary.

Key responsibilities

- Working under the guidance of the Principal Project Manager, you will lead sub-projects and work packages that contribute to safer, more effective, and sustainable use of medicines across Victoria.
- The Department of Health plays a critical role in the Victorian health system and is responsible for shaping it to meet the health needs of all Victorians.

What you need

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, public health, or health administration) and/or equivalent.
- Certified project management and/or quality improvement qualifications highly regarded.
- Experience and/or knowledge that enables an understanding of formulary decisions and Medicine and Therapeutics Committee responsibilities.
