- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience .
- Proven experience delivering IT projects and initiatives within large and complex organisations.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools, and delivery practices .
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer scenarios and requirements and translate them into effective business solutions.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops and requirements elicitation .

- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

- Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Business, Systems Analysis , or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training .




- Professional Business Analysis certification such as IIBA/CBAP is desirable.
- Agile qualifications such as CSPO, Certified ScrumMaster, or SAFe Agilist are desirable.
- Previous experience within the Higher Education sector .
- Experience working across a broad range of IT domains and digital projects .
- Experience applying Business Analysis practices to support complex project delivery.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders across large enterprise environments.
