The role

We'relooking for an Investor Relations Analyst to support the day-to-day delivery ofSymal'sInvestorRelationsfunction. Reporting to the GM Finance – Corporate Finance,you'llhelp shape how the investment market understandsSymal'sperformance,strategyand growth story.

This role offerssignificantexposure to senior executives, investors,analystsand the broader capital markets community.You'llbe responsible forpreparing investor communications, analysingmarket andshareholder data, coordinating investoreventsand supporting engagement with investors and analysts.Ensuring all activities are delivered professionally and in line with ASX reporting and disclosure obligations.

Your everyday

Prepare investor presentations, ASX announcements, reporting materials and executive briefing documents.

Analyseshareholderregister activity andmaintaininvestor,analystand market intelligence databases.

Support investor engagement activities including AGMs, investor days,roadshowsand conferences.

Monitor market sentiment, analystcoverageand consensus forecasts, providing insights to stakeholders.





Coordinate investor communications, enquiries and reporting schedules whilemaintainingdisclosure compliance.

Who are you?

Experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Investment Banking or Capital Markets.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Engineering,Communicationsor a related field.

Solid understanding of financial markets and listed company environments.

Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, with a high attention to detail.

Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with senior executives and external stakeholders.

Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes to tight deadlines.

Highly regarded:

Experience within the construction,engineeringor infrastructure sectors.

Completion of, or progress towards, the AIRA Diploma of Investor Relations.
